Karen Fitzgerald

Karen Fitzgerald’s (she, her) work is actively exhibited in the United States and is included in many private and public collections. She is a mid-career visual artist who has received grants from the Queens Community Arts Fund, the Women’s Studio Workshop, and NYFA Artist Corps. Heavily influenced by poetry, her work delights in the energy of gardens, mysteries and all things invisible. She has extensive teaching experience across the participant spectrum, from kindergarten through adult learners.
