Linden Huebner (she, her) has established national recognition for her work in arts education. She is the Director of Education for Wellness for Everyone, a Chicago non-profit organization that provides yoga, dance, and music to Chicago Public School students. Linden is the Major Gifts Officer for Classical Kids, which is the leading provider of school and family concert series programming for major symphony orchestras throughout North America.
As Director of Education for Chicago Opera Theater, she developed and expanded Opera for All, a program widely used in Chicago Public Schools to supplement the multi-faceted arts and music education, introducing the fundamentals of opera to children.
While serving as co-chair of Opera America’s Education and Outreach Network, she was recognized nationally among the Top 30 Professionals in Musical America 2019. An alumna of DePauw University B.M. and CCPA of Roosevelt University M.M., Linden conducted the Roosevelt University Singers, DePaul University Community Music Division’s Prelude Choir, and the North Park Covenant Church Bell Choir, Youth, and Children’s Choir. Her skills as a conductor, her charismatic personality as a singer and leadership skills have been inspiring children, adults and colleagues nationwide.
In addition to her teaching and leadership roles, she sings with the Irving Sisters, a spirited and charming trio of sopranos whose repertoire extends from opera to jazz, specifically sharing with audiences 55+.
