Joyce L. T. Chang (she, her) is a health care and senior care attorney in San Francisco. Her legal practice focuses on advising healthcare clients and senior care housing providers. Joyce works closely with many nonprofit organizations in their community outreach programs, including programs focused on Creative Aging. In addition to her experience as an attorney, Joyce was previously at Stanford Health Care and Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, where she provided regulatory and compliance guidance. She was also a special education teacher in Washington, D.C. and helped author the charter to open D.C.’s first tri-lingual immersion high school.
In her free time, Joyce enjoys baking, ceramics, and cats. She has a J.D. from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, a Masters of Education in Special Education from George Mason, and a B.A. and B.S. from University of California San Diego.
