The team at PrimeLife Arts Learning (PAL) wants you to be satisfied every time you make a purchase, and we know changes in life happen. PAL offers two (2) options if you would like to request a refund: 1) Monetary Refund or 2) PAL Credit. Some restrictions apply.
Monetary refunds for courses may be requested twenty-one (21) days or more prior to the posted course start date and will be eligible for 100% refund minus a 5% administration fee.
Monetary refunds for courses requested seven-twenty (7-20) days prior to the posted course start date will be eligible for 25% refund minus a 5% administration fee.
No monetary refunds for courses will be offered less than seven (<7) days prior to the posted course start date or after a course has started. Exceptions may be made at the discretion of PAL staff on a case-by-case basis.
Monetary refund requests must be submitted via email to email@example.com.
Monetary refunds will be issued by check within 30 days of the date the request is received.
The amount of your purchase may be retained on your account as a PAL Credit. PAL Credit requests for courses must be made at least seven (7) days prior to the posted course start date.
PAL Credit requests must be submitted via email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
PAL Credits may be used for a future purchase by sending a new purchase request to email@example.com. The participant is responsible for any differences that may apply to the new purchase. PAL Credits cannot be used to make a new purchase online at this time. PAL Credits are not valid for purchasing course materials or supplies.
